CANOPIA - APSYS

CANOPIA (formerly Rue Bordelaise) is a 70,000 m² project located near Bordeaux Saint-Jean train station, set to open in 2027. The real estate development is part of the Euratlantique national interest operation, which spans the cities of Bordeaux, Floirac, and Bègles.

The future Canopia Bordeaux Food Hall will be an iconic living space within the Saint-Jean district, featuring 13 kiosks and a central bar directly operated by Apsys. This entire development is part of Canopia's urban renewal initiative: to create a space for gathering, exchange, and entertainment at the heart of a hub combining mobility, offices, housing, and leisure.
