The Renaissance Hotel's bistro in La Défense has reinvented itself, making way for a Mediterranean restaurant with Provençal inspiration, named Grammaci (meaning 'thank you' in Provençal). Nestled in the heart of the La Défense district, the restaurant emphasizes sharing and conviviality with a selection of small plates designed to complement a seasonal menu. Tomorrow Food supported the restructuring project of this former brasserie from conception to opening.

Grammaci, the Mediterranean restaurant bringing sunshine to La Défense!

At the heart of the Renaissance La Défense hotel, Tomorrow Food envisioned Grammaci, a Mediterranean restaurant designed as a warm and inspiring living space. From the bar to the terrace and the dining room, the spaces (242 seats) evoke a Provençal and convivial atmosphere, blending floral and botanical influences with colorful accents.

The Grammaci experience caters to both hotel guests and local professionals, who come to share a lunch, an after-work drink, or a sunny dinner. The F&B menu, focused on seasonality and conviviality, offers sharing plates accompanied by a comprehensive beverage selection: cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic alternatives.

Renaissance by Marriott thus entrusted Tomorrow Food with the mission of strengthening the hotel's lifestyle positioning through an attractive and innovative concept, fully embodying the Mediterranean art of living in the heart of Nanterre.
