Italie Deux is located in the heart of Paris's 13th arrondissement, on Place d'Italie. Operated by Ingka Centres, this mixed-use site boasts a strategic location, accessible by three metro lines and by car. It will become Ingka's first "urban meeting place" in France, combining retail, dining, and services to improve the daily lives of Parisians in an accessible and sustainable way.

Ingka Centres aims to adapt the Saluhall concept to the Parisian market, with a primary target: families. The objective is to create an accessible dining, leisure, and event space, while maximizing collaboration with an operator engaged from the project's initial phases.
