Noccio - OKKO HOTEL

The first restaurant of the OKKO 4-star hotel group in La Défense! Opened in June 2022, it's a pink haven with transalpine scents right in the heart of La Défense. This restaurant concept has since been replicated by OKKO in its new openings, with a new Noccio at Rosa Park in 2023.

How to create the first restaurant of a hotel chain in La Défense?

Opening support and operational monitoring

Noccio is the very first restaurant of the Okko Hotels group. Modern and refined, located in the heart of La Défense business district, its menu is inspired by strong Italian hallmarks: sharing plates, quality antipasti, and gastronomic classics. Directly inspired by Milanese cafés, Noccio offers a contemporary atmosphere where indulgence and sophistication blend seamlessly.

The core challenge of this large project for us was to cater to a mix of personas and dining occasions: business lunches for local executives, more intimate evenings for Nanterre residents, and business travelers. This challenge was met by creating diverse spaces and a vibrant menu.

A project carried out in conjunction with Okko Hotels' F&B and construction teams, delivered in June 2022.
