Concept definition, opening support, recruitment, operation

In collaboration with Georges Mohammed-Chérif, Tomorrow Food managed the opening of the fishmonger-eatery to delight the people of Marseille, and is now taking the opportunity to venture into its operation: the circle is complete.

Poissonnerie Kennedy is a place where you can quickly pop in to buy fish and seafood, or settle down at the counter or at tables in the back room or courtyard for a seafood break.

All our seafood products are supplied by fishermen from Vallon des Auffes, and we pair them with a selection of wines tested and approved by the entire team. The art direction and layout were conceived by Georges Mohammed-Chérif, founder of Buzzman agency, and his team.
